Youth Improvement Services is dedicated to helping young people exit homelessness and accomplish their personal and professional goals. Our Earn While You Learn program offers youth and young adults the chance to get paid in incentives for learning life skills and completing career-readiness training.
At Youth Improvement Services, we care about each client as a whole person. We connect young people with the resources needed to take care of themselves physically, mentally, and financially so that they can create stability for themselves. The program addresses common pitfalls for young adults between the ages of 18-24 and teaches them how to handle the responsibilities of independent adulthood.
Our team is passionate about providing programs that make a tangible impact in the lives of the young people we serve. We've curated activities that can help them improve their independent living and career readiness skills while providing positive role models and a compassionate community. Since its inception, we've provided 302 Modules of life skills, financial literacy and career readiness skills training to youth and young adults in need. An incentive may be provided for each activity that is completed.
